This guy in Kaliwest Gardens seems to have no concept of the Capital Rule, and has used lots of references to RL stuff.. and it's kind of annoying.

Well he sounds like a new guy to me. He might have responded fine by just having somebody say to him OOC how Cantr works, he probably did'nt even know it was against the rules. Hopefully he won't quit the game now after getting an IM from the PD over this. Getting an warning early on in a game that you are learning to play would be a bit discouraging.

I did warn him, but I thought best to mention it as well... Whilst we're on the subject of RL usage, there's a character who's personal description is Cyberdine systems model T-100, and has a mission statement too?

*rolls eyes*

And the mission statement involves hunting another charrie down that isn't even on the same island...
