Possible Problem

I think I might have an issue of having one of my characters being attacked by another for OOC reasons but I'm not 100% on whats about with this.
The other character isn't doing much more then 1 or 2 damage but I think the attacks are because the player is bothered.
The character has, in the past, called me names OOC in whisper etc and I think maybe someone should AT LEAST talk to the player.
