Note Spammer in Organiritsj

I'm not quite sure if this is the right forum to report this, but in the German town Organiritsj there's a newspawn who doesn't stop copying and dropping all of our notes over and over again. He hasn't said anything so far. Is there anything you can do about this?

Maybe it is a monk? Monks copied alot of documents.

Sorry for posting in a locked topic, but this might be related.
A few hours earlier, three new characters spawned within minutes of each other and ran off, only one of the saying anything. All three of them spawned in the same town.
Also the number of German characters (according to the public statistics) has increased significantly since I last checked, so that might have happened in other places, too.
