OOC threats

Recently I found out one of my friends played a character that was interacting with mine, we've had trouble with PD over this in the past so I just decided to RP it as I would with anyone else. Now he has begun threatening my character's life OOCly over an instant messenger.
I edited his charrie name in the quote, I'll PM details to whoever asks.
