OOC threats

Public discussion channel to report possible breaches of the capital rule and for the public investigation of suspected cases. Note that in many cases it might be preferred to report such cases in private to players@cantr.net instead of on this forum.

OOC threats

Recently I found out one of my friends played a character that was interacting with mine, we've had trouble with PD over this in the past so I just decided to RP it as I would with anyone else. Now he has begun threatening my character's life OOCly over an instant messenger.
