Read from bottom up:

2575-7.35: [woman 2] says: "hmm, I speak more then just that language... I speak several languages in fact, I always could, now that I've come to think of it...* looks at [man]* so you speak nothing Else?"
2575-7.35: [man] says: "*he laughs* I speak the same words that I spoke when I spawned, like you."
2575-7.33: [woman 2] says: "polish is a language... what you speak [man]"
...
2575-7.32: [woman 2] says: "nie mówić polish"
2575-7.32: [woman 2] says: "dziękuję"
...
2575-6.26: [man] says: "What is a Polish? *he turns quickly* Some new type of animal, looks like a person to me."
2575-6.23: [woman 2] says: "Hello [woman 1], I am [woman 2], we do not speak Polish here"
...
2575-6.02: a woman in her fifties says: "Dzien dobry. Jestem [woman 1]."

No. If anyone else reported it, we would have, but because you reported it, we're just going to ignore it. It's because we love you so much, Joo.
When someone's available to look into it, it'll be looked into. Lots of people still on Easter holiday.

She continued to talk about knowing other languages, so I sent her OOC messages.
Read from bottom up:
2583-0.18: You say to [woman]: "[OOC: Quoted from the message displayed before you spawn your character: "Your character is not allowed to speak, read, write in or understand any other language than the one you registered him or her with, unless (s)he encounters speakers of another language in the game and you actively roleplay a language learning process for a minimum of two years."]"
2583-0.18: You say to [woman]: "[OOC: CRB = Capital Rule Breach. You're using information from outside what your character has witnessed (i.e. knowledge of languages other than your spawn language) to help your characters.]"
2583-0.17: [woman] says to you: "OOC, I see it as a natural talent I was born with btw, what is CRB?"
2583-0.16: You say to [woman]: "[OOC: Do you realise that it's a CRB to have your character able to speak languages other than the language you spawned them as or that they learned in game?]"

Thank you joo. If they don't listen to you, don't pursue it. It will be handled, eventually.
