there is a group of dutch people in Zirinovskoizi Forest (west) (i think, because that's the name of the harbour) on the english island.

recently a english women arrived as well. All of a sudden, one of the dutch guys can speak english and has a dictionary (which he can't have taken from somewhere else, so he made it himself without in-game learning).

i think this is not allowed, is it?
