Usually, PD deals with CRB's.
But if there's good reason to believe that two or more PD members are themselves working together to commit CRB's, then who do we rely on to handle the matter?
Is this a matter of bringing it to the attention of the entire PD as a whole, is there a specific PD member who is sort of assigned as a neutral overseeer, or is there an entirely different group that handles such matters?
I'm asking because I'm not sure of the answer myself.

PD chair can be contacted (John Tsai) or it can be reported to the GAB

Report to the GAB, they'll have to deal with it, that's the only way we know, but they are very slow to act.

We take these issues very seriously, if you do not feel comfortable taking your concern to the PD then take it to the GAB.

Seriously, that'd be a tragedy.. would we ban him from Cantr lol?

But he would be re-admitted as soon as the tamming system gets running
