Is this OK?

I have two characters in this particular town. One of them is constantly in a building (where she works) the other one, he hangs about the open square so to speak.
I created a new character and he was spawned in that same town too. Now I am going to move him from town (to avoid capital rules breach) but is it ok for him to farm some rice before he leaves so he can travel without starving?

In a case like that, I would just make one a "wonderer" for some reason such as "looking for useful stuff", grab a few days food, the best map you can find and start walking. Never know where you'll end up. But I wouldn't have them interact with each other, no real reason to.

Well, I don't think there would be a problem with realistic interaction, such as simply greeting eachother, but definitely not handing eachother resources or objects for no reason. I also tend to find reasons to have my characters spread too though. I wish the spawning system was more intuitive and would place your chars more dispersed, ie: places you do not/have not had characters.

I have had three chars in one location at a time before, but only two of them knew each other and they were all in town for their own reasons, all perfectly IC and more or less unavoidable (unless I would suddenly change their plans for no IC reason, which I think would be more harmful to the flow of the game) and two of them only there temporarily...And they aren't there anymore ^^

I don't think you are in breach of the capital rule since your characters are legit meaning you didn't gather them in all one place for OOC reasons. Your characters were either spawned there or the life of that character has led them there. Let them live their lifes and as I have said before, 'don't carry your characters to places, let your characters carry you places.'

I can't really control my chars anyway...I just click the buttons and type what they say. And watch sometimes. Or sometimes I don't watch because I'd rather not know o_o;;; *coughbrunoicough*

And what are you supposed to do if you create a, let's say French character, who appears in a location where's you've already got one and there's no one else or only one character who, either attacks you without reason, or doesn't say a word at all?
That's exactly what happened to me. For now, the only project they have is to collect mushrooms cause they hungry

, but what shall I do next? Take one in another place where he'll build his own city all alone?

As advice...
You need food but one could be adventrous and decide to go.
Some people go down a trail just to see what's at the other end.
Plus it is too easy to speak as the wrong character with two together.
And the conversations aren't as good.
The French area has a underpopulation issue in general which will not change unless more characters try to make it work. Your friend from Uni could be helpful there.
But as a rule they do not have to leave.
They should just not work together any more than they work together with the third person. One could join in and drive yyour other character off.

Don't you hate it when two people are having a really rousing tiff and you're thinking "my, what good RPing", and then one of them screws up and talks for the other person?
totally kills the mood.

Yeah, that's annoying, but it happens to everyone, so I don't mind it as much. It really embarrassing for the person doing it though....
