newspawn looking for someone - possible CRB

This newspawn right away went into a building in town, then came out apologizing. Indicating they were the mailman and that they were looking for Lucy thinking they were in the building they first went into. They had a message to deliver to this woman and then proceeded to enter and exit buildings.
How can they for one be a mailman and know a person by the name of Lucy when they just spawned?
