possible CR breach?

Somthing just seems a bit fishy, a character by the name of "Raic" left blaman mountains south not to long ago, and he wanted to find Ahearn Makan, as fast as he could, but Raic as far as he told my character had meet him all of once and had no ties to him. Now Ahearn Makan has suddenly returned and is ranting about who knows what now. so I dont know it just seems a bit fishy and last time something like this happened I lost my favorite char 
so I think it might warrent some looking inot ^_^
