OOC word fight

What do you think when you're having a war with people who doesn't speaks your language and they start sending OOC messages like this one "haha noob 
need death?", "(their country) forever!", "we are winners", "(my country) sucks!", etc.?
Oh, and none of these countries chars are english speakers! They just use this to offend us!
Well, I don't even know if this is the right forum to talk about this, but at least to me this is not exactly abiding by the rules!
(Oh, and if you're worried that the people I'm acusing starts a war in here, rest assured, I really doubt they even use the fórum...)
