Cantr II Discussion Forum

Not only has someone just arrived in a town in the French language section and has made no attempt to speak French (maybe he's a sailor and travelled there but i doubt it as he's one of the youngest there). There also is a char here who spawned here, who is fluent in Spanish (which i assume to be his spawning language), French and English.

There is french/spanish contact and shared spawing with both language groups - There is also shared spawning between other language groups and french speakers - so the first case is possible (or even a shy french speaking newspawn)

However a character fluent in french, spanish and english sounds very fishy - If you use the "Contact Cantr II Departments" in the game administration menu on your players page you can send an email to the Players Department detailing both incidents (your characters, the locaton etc).
