Polish note in Chinese area.

I dont know what it says (the note), it is in "长今森林" (Chueng Gim Sum Lam). The note is called "List porzegnalny".
A check shows that there does not seems to be a breach there.... locking now.
edit: I should have been more clear....we found that Polish characters have been through that area before.... which would explain how the note show up there.
