Capital Rule Breach in Quillanoi

I saw that Jos was on at the time so I'm sure he noticed but I'd thought I'd post it anyway. But some person is claiming something about the massacre in Blojt which would be impossible for that person to know about. He also claimed that Blojt was near Cantr City which is totally false. But he named two cities that that character could not have possibly have known about as well as have known recent occurances there.
