The same holds, btw, in the German area, where many notes are German/Spanish/English and where the latter is odd.

Really? I've not been playing for a long period of time but I've seen an english and a spanish character in Kishnakotis yet...

Well I don't know of course *shrugs*

I also thought there have been some visits by english or at least english speaking characters. There has been a raid for sure by englisch characters a long time ago. But it could be they just made dutch characters and spoke english. Anyway its been a long time ago. But i have dutch characters that have used english to communicate because someelse spoke it or i found a word list or something, cant remember exactly.

Perhaps players with chars in non-English language areas that have OOC English notes could copy/paste the notes into the relevant non-English areas of our forum. Players seeming to need them could be directed where to look.

As Nick stated in another thread; characters should be able to speak two languages if the player can. Many people speak english quite good, so their characters could too.

I definitely disagree. Most Cantr players can speak English well, including myself, but I nevertheless don't want to see people speaking English in the foreign language areas - unless it is in emotes used for international communication. Ideally even that would function without English. I believe most people sign up for the foreign language areas because they would like to be immersed in a language they're studying. If some characters can just speak English at will, they will harm the atmosphere and leave others clueless.

Characters only know the language the player selects for them when they are created, unless they pick up pieces of other languages in-game.
