Crazy Emily in Seatown Lakeside

I'm cutting a lot from this that has nothing to do with it, but leaving in anything related to notes or to CrazyEmily.

Basically, she woke up 3 days ago and is now screaming for help for all the "captives" in Seatown Forest. Perhaps she is just RPing a crazy person; I don't know, but it smells like a breach, so I report it for the PD to take a look at.

If you want my character's name, I can give it to a member of the PD, but would otherwise prefer not to state publicly.

Someone in seatown garden did the same thing, said a woman was locking up innocent people in the seatown forest, then he left that direction

Yes and there was one being locked up in the forest at the time...so looks like a breach there.

Same thing happened in Drojf. Some guy claimed to see wrong things happening in the Seatown Forest. Same day.
