Possible note breach in Karnon

This note is my player's hands at the moment. Apparently a new spawn just announced that he is an artist from Blotj. I've been trying to have him explain who he is to justify this note being there but I've had no response from the guy. I suspect this is a new player and copied a note from one character's region (Blotj) to this region. I can't see how any newspawn, though, could have travelled across the sea to get to Karnon that quickly. Karnon doesn't even have a port!

Please let me know if you need further information. The note is in Lt. Zahan's inventory.

We got something like that in Kirinn Forest the other day. They dragged some 'glowing' notes with French writing in an English area. Those were picked up. Strange.

I think the comment about the notedragger by Peanut is perfectly at place. The initial post was not about the notedragger.
