2 characters in Olipifirovash behaved in a way I think should get them kicked out of the game today.

I don't know how hard you are on people just spoiling the game by playing it badly...perhaps you should just look into it.

If you send an e-mail to players@cantr.net, and include such info as the chars' names, the turn(s) the questionable events happened on, and perhaps even a copy/paste of the events your char saw, then they will be able to check it out more easily and likely more quickly.

Move to CR breaches as a placeholder even though may not be a CR breach.

I think this one was a CR breach. I have a character there (Runs newspaper) and these guys were talking in the same idioptic fashion to each other and were picking things up. They both didn't talk after the first time I think and they both ended up dieing along with the other thief.
