Pointing at Sea

Postby TatteredShoeLace » Sun Jan 22, 2006 6:11 am

Pointing to docking locations?
Pointing to the basic compass directions? (not NSWE, but the numeric value)
Pointing to visable boats?

Boats and docking locations should be easily implemented and would be very useful, particularly for boats or docking locations that can't be docked to and therefore don't show up as events. I'm not so sure about directions - why not just RP that?

I was just kind of going with it. But mostly, if I see 3 unnamed locations, I'd be able to differentiate.

Agreed, this would be very useful. As useful, I might add, as being able to point to objects. That is on another thread or 13 though.

Eight years later... surely some progress has been made towards the implementation of this. ;)

Why you think so? Being suggestion accepted doesn't automatically create code.

If only it was that easy... :/
