More porcelain pottery

Postby SekoETC » Mon Jan 27, 2014 7:47 pm

I noticed that currently there are just the fine china plate and the porcelain vase, which by the way is surprisingly small. When I hear the word vase, I imagine something bigger than one that fits a single rose.

Suggestions:

fine china coffee cup - 50 grams - capacity 160 grams
fine china teacup - 65 grams - capacity 200 grams
fine china saucer - 35 grams - capacity 10 grams - mainly an rp item rather than a container
fine china teapot - 300 grams - capacity 800 grams
fine china platter - 350 grams - capacity 1500 grams
porcelain wash basin - 500 grams - capacity 2000 grams
porcelain pitcher - 450 grams - capacity 1000 grams - it weights more because of the handle
big porcelain vase - 600 grams - capacity 2400 grams

Everything takes a kiln to make.

I added a poll since I forgot to do that earlier. I would rather have separate coffee and teacups, but I added the voting option of having a generic cup instead that could be roleplayed as whatever.

Might more porcelain pottery help with these?

Some of these were already implemented by Wiro.

Yes, which is great. I should have phrased my question "Would porcelain platters, big porcelain vases, and saucers further contribute to providing more means of active consumption of hoarded resources, while encouraging diversification in infrastructure and future production? Or should this thread simply be moved to implemented suggestions since it was mostly implemented?"

But then again I shouldn't have posted the same question in so many threads at once, and this isn't the one I'd have posted in first. (I'm unsure whether posting them once a week or something would have been better.) And in hindsight I don't think the question was helpful anyway.
