Language "slots" for descriptions
Okay, firts of all, I know that slot is not the proper word, but I don't find the right one so... that is it:
I have some chars who travel and/or live in multi-cultural areas or have foreing visitors and all that. So, as a non-English speaker, I use to add to my char's description a tranlation in English or another language, losing, this way, half of the valued characters of the description.
My suggestion is:
To have the possibility to have like differents slots to insert the char's description, two or three would be enough, so you can insert there the description of each language you want.
Then, in the char's page, you can see only one but a button to change between them, a "Show [Insert here the name of the language] description" so you can see the other one.

Re: Language "slots" for descriptions
As long as anybody was allowed to view all of the different language options (to make sure there are no glaring conflicts between them) this would be a good idea. People could be shown the one in their own language by default, but they should be able to view the other translations if they find it necessary.

Yes, that's what I mean. To have the possibility to have a full description in all language you want so people can choose the language they want to see.
As I visualize it is one seen and the buttons to show the other languages. As you are not going to write your description in aaaaaall the languages of cantr, maybe the languages name can be filled too.

I like this suggestion. While most of my characters live in areas with just their native tongue, when others are visiting or I'm visiting them, I do sometimes add descriptions in that language. For my characters with really long descriptions anyway, this is a problem.

I have a few travelers that has encountered 5+ languages, and added descriptions for several. This would be useful for sure.

I like it!
Btw, I recently had the problem that I wanted to have a description in 3 languages, and it turned out that over all they were too long, so I could use only two.

Very good suggestion.

Now, I assume the question is...
Is it possible to do or is it a loooot of horrible work for those who must program it?
