I hereby declare this new law: Nobody is to talk about ANYTHING that has happened before ten days ago. That means if today is day 3213, then you cannot talk about anything that happened before day 3203. Tomorrow, you won't be allowed to talk about anything that happened before day 3204. Any and all whispering will be assumed as breaking this law, and all offenders will be mauled and dragged into a single-person cell in the prison.
......Okay, so that's probably a little extreme, but history does get destroyed even in notes.
