And Ronja's post refers to dragging.

Yes, but it has to do with the door being locked, not the dragging.

Not to mention that when you're dragging yourself, the project can never go over 50% until either you quit the project or someone else joins. The event is only generated when the dragging is at 100%.

No, not at 100% but when it is successful.

I take that as a yes then. An event will be given if someone is unsuccessfully attempted to be dragged into a locked building or vehicle? (Given that it would have been successful if building were unlocked or a key was held.)

I didn't go into detail, but I didn't think I needed to.

As the current system works, the dragging event is only generated when the dragging project reaches 100%, at which then the current conditions of the building determine whether or not it is successful. If it's successful, it generates a public event saying that "You see so-and-such being dragged to such-and-such-location (some person, some other person)." If it's unsuccessful, it generates a private event to all of the participants and draggee (not completely sure about the draggee, if they're not doing any of the dragging) saying that the dragging was unsuccessful because of such-and-such reason, usually having to do with locked doors. But either way, some kind of event is generated at 100%, and not before.

As I understand it, the new system will continue the above "events only at 100+%" thing, but it will also make the private unsuccessful event into a public event.
