Im going to quote Gap from polish suggestions:

Gelatine

Made from bones ( small or big ) or sines and wood on cooker with pot.
From gelatine, sugar and fruit it would be possible to make gelly sweets, jellies (polish 'kiesiel') etc.


Idea has a huge YES on polish forum and also a great number of ideas for using gelatine.

Everybody on our forum agrees that there is a need of making something from useless animal remianings. Thats why gelatine (also because everybody like jellie ;P) should be implented (from my and most of polish players point of view).

There is a suggestion already for kisiel in the foods sticky thread. :) But the recipe I was working on was just made from potatoes and berries.

I love the idea of using bones. I was thinking about a broth, but gelatin sounds great. I'll work on it. Thanks for translating these suggestions.

Any other uses?
If the only use is jelly or kisiel and kiesiel, I do not second this suggestion. Why should implement new resource which is has only one use?

Being able to make food from an otherwise potentially cluttering resource seems like a wonderful thing to me. I'm not really sure I'm up to trying to figgure out realistic/balanced figgures for it, mind you, but it's a great suggestion that I'll support.
