Ok, my idea is to have the normal"Send in a picture" type thing, were somone sends in a picture of somthing, then puts that picture on a note. After that, they can use the picture on the note in some sort of progect to give it international value.

I'm moving this to rejected suggestions . A project to make something "internationally" recognised in-game is just not realistic in any way . If a symbol or picture is to achieve this then it must be spread by normal methods in game
