Note Dragging

Postby Bran-Muffin » Sat Feb 28, 2004 8:58 pm

Why is it that you can drag a note out of a locked building (when you dont have a key) but you cannot drag yourself out of it? Anyway my suggestion is this. Make it so you cannot drag anything out of a locked building without a key!!! It should be just like dragging a living person or a dead person where you have to have a key to be able to do it. That just makes sense to me cause how can you drag a note out of a building that you cant even open the door to? If some argue that its like slipping it under the door then it should something like "you see a note being slipped under the door of the Cantr World Map Tour Office of something or the other " and it should be a project to slip the note under the door. How hard would that be to make happen? (serious question cause i know nothing or programming)

You all get what im saying? I dont think i used the word key enough or drag enough.

It used to be like that I think. I personally think it's much better now. What happened, someone in prison notebombed you? That's I think been made a CR breach.

No just someone in prison drags notes out of the building.... dunno if you call that note bombing or not, is it some kind of bug that just allows it or something?

"Dragging" a note through a locked door is just another name for pushing a note under the door. Notebombing is annoying, but it's just a consequence of being able to write an unlimited number of notes in virtually no time. If people could do that in real life, they could notebomb just as easily as they do in Cantr.

having infinite paper or whatever the medium is would also be necessary.

Well, of course. That's implied in "unlimited number of notes."
