Well, not saying add deities, or magic, people could roleplay that, but like what the Aztecs did to their prisoners of war, they would bind them onto slabs of stone, and kill them, as a sacrifice to their gods. Maybe in cantr, with a hundred grams of stone, and a weapon, or just some iron or steel, you could make a sacrifice alter to kill prisoners, instead of slowly killing them by hitting them. Also, religions could use this, to sacrifice people.
Edit: Corrected spelling in thread title for searchability

Sacrifice Altars (DUPLICATE)
When you hope for something, you often believe in something. When you believe in something, you often have pride in it. Being proud often leads to a hating of some group.

I'm confused.
The post was marked edited for spelling - but was still titled 'Sacrifice Alter'?
I took the move of re-titling it to 'Altar' as it should be.
Anyhow, the numbing inevitability returns:

and

On the subject of sacrifice;
Auto-death as execution has been discussed in depth before and generally rejected:

AJS, punish the rabbit worshippers. My character on Aki is one of new people of the orginal people that left to go colonize other areas, because he didn't like people worhsipping rabbits.

Well naturally you would have to drag the person there or make them enter out of their own free will. I don't see why we couldn't have lynch mobs just like in real life, just as long there was a trigger that if two or more characters by the same player assist in dragging, their combined power would be reduced.
Altars as storage items is a whole another suggestion, this is mechanic-wise more like a duplicate of the Gallows topic.
