I've moved this suggestion to rejcted suggestions
Whilst there are some merits in the original suggestion it is unlikely to be adopted for a long time as several pre-requisits would need to be in place such as carriable projects . This suggestion probably won't be conisdered again until we are much further down the road to free roaming
