Children - Duplicate

I just noticed how many characters have made "signifigant others". Is there any sort of way of after a while the females description would include is pregnate or something like is holding a small child. were the child is more of a item rather then a person. if anyone sees were i'm coming from please try and salvage my idea.
real 4x4s are built not bought
