I have 1600x1200 resolution, and those images are too blurred for that resolution. The house really looks like a tree with a goose and a blob under.

Those are _much_ clearer! Oh, and unless the face gives some info (it's hard to tell which way the mouth is pointing anyway) I'd say ditch it.

You hear that? That's the sound of 1.000 Cantr fans banging on my door for suggesting to ditch the face.

Oh, and one more suggestion. A "first aid" icon that shows up if the character was hurt since last login (overriding any other icon).

Yeah, these ones are great. If I should complain about something it would be that they don't have the same border/shade, but that's a minor. Good job!

Except that one of mine has a black border around it. I'm thinking this means she's the next to die or that she's a carrier of the plague....

Black border will be removed or added to all

Sorry - on my low class CRT display this isn't visible - but on LCD yes... Perhaps tomorow...
