Character Descriptions

I think it would be a good idea if it were possible to write a short description of your character, or at least answer a short questionnaire.
This would enable people to see "A man in his twenties, dressed like a noble. He seems to have a charming nature and and a perceptable arrogance. He is digging for stone"
rather than "A man in his twenties. He is digging for stone"
I feel this would make it easier to establish certain characters. I have been trying to establish a Machiavellian Prince type
, but this is very hard as I only have 200 minutes for all my 8 characters. I would need to talk to everyone to establish my character realistically.
It would also make guards more obvious if their description says "heavily armoured, in the colours of the state". Also bandits & thieves would be slightly more obvious (or less obvious, either way) if their descriptions could say things like "dressed in black" or "wielding a sabre, dressed in normal clothing"
Descriptions would enable real Role-Players to have more detailed characters.
