How about sliding a key under a door. It could be just like pulling a note.
I can think of three reasons why I'd want to do that. I'm sure there are others.

Yeah I also thought there was such an option. Someone make an experiment, remember that you can't be working on a project if you wanna see the pull button.

I thought so too but searched for it and didn't find anything. I think it was suggested to put keys in evelopes and have those slid under doors....

I remember hearing you need a key to slide a copy of the key under the locked door or something...is this true?

Hmm. Unless you're talking about when a room's too crowded and needs a key...

Yes.

It would make sense. You need the correct key to slide a person into a locked room. If you wanted to pull a key into a locked room, you'd need that key.

So, if the suggestion was to pull a key into a locked room with that key number, to let someone out, well. That's stupid. Walk in and unlock the door, you lazy bastard.

But any other time, slide it under, assuming it's unlocked or you have the key for it.

If you CAN slide it under. The option is there, sure, but does it even work?

The reason you would want to slide it under the door to let someone out, is sometimes there are too many people inside the building for another person to enter, even if they are not carrying anything more then a key (often happens when lots of people get dragged into a locked building). Right now, you have to have two copies of the key to slide one under the door, which although works, it would be nice if you could slide keys under doors without having to have a copy of the key.

You have a good argument there. If you can't fit, the key itself probably would.

personaly i just let one of them die

You might also want to get them the key without opening the door. If you only have one copy of the key, and you give it to someone inside, you either have to unlock the door, possibly allowing thieves in, or stay inside...
