Someone smarter than me will need to suggest resource amounts

Large Swimming Pool: outdoors only
Tool: trowel
Some amount of limestone or stone (to represent concrete and to give use for those huge piles of limestone or stone).
Some amount of water

Swimming Pool: Buildings, not in vehicles
Tool: Trowel
Unknown amount of limestone or stone.
Some amount of water

A more complex version using concrete could be created, though that requires creation of "concrete" resource.

Functionality: You can rest in it, similar to a bathtub, but generally it's for RP purposes.

It could be an interesting first case for "training" strength! You can use it once every few days for an entire day to skill up strength...

As for resources, I trust the RD to come up with it. But I'd guess something between the real-life requirement and the time in-game to gather water... For example, a quick Google tells me it requires 375,000 litres to fill a swimming pool. If you're lucky enough to gather 400 grams per day (grams/litres are basically equivalent with water) that'll take 937 days, or 46 Cantr years. If you start when you're twenty you'll finish when you're 66 years old... ha.

Inside? I'd make it outside only!

The same water after a few years?

Do you have any idea what has been going on in that pool? Or even bathtub?
