I'm getting seriously annoyed by clicking the lock button, instead of the look button, on messageboards. Can they maybe be turned around, so that the look button is in the same place as with notes (being the most to the right)?

Yes, why not. It's not possible to move some buttons to the left, but to the right... no problem.
