Split from Accessibility of Interface

This is a good idea, and something simple enough to use as a training task for new developers. So it deserves it's own topic.

I can recall one of my first chars being mortified that they had 'slapped' someone, as all they intended was a light 'prod'.
I quite enjoy watching people deal with it now, and rather than putting up a warning that you are about to slap someone... why not simply make it a light prod, and maybe the 10% one a slap instead.
Yes, these things can be played without the actual mechanism, but they can be great for that additional readable, and sometimes quite colourful action.

It still should come with a warning or explanation though.

An additional line in the menu perhaps? Can be done right away by LangD.
It currently says:

With this form you can select the weapon you want to use and the amount of force you want to apply.

Add there an explanation?

That way is less clicks IMO.

I edited the English language tags (slapping people and poking animals).

form_force is used for both (animals and people)

Okay fine, no poke warning then. It would've looked clumsy with the page structure anyway.

Tell me for Americans, at least, this topic doesn't remind you of:

0% should be a poke and 5% should be a slap...
