I didn't use silk ribbon. I just used string.
I got the approval from Celesb on this and the other boquets. So I am going to go ahead and add them all in the game tonight.

Ok, I added the following items into the game:
Rose Bouquet:
Resources Needed: 100 grams of Roses, 10 grams of string
Tools needed: Scissors
Days Needed: 1
Daisy Bouquet:
Resources Needed: 100 grams of Daisies, 10 grams of string
Tools needed: Scissors
Days Needed: 1
Buttercup Bouquet:
Resources Needed: 100 grams of Buttercups, 10 grams of string
Tools needed: Scissors
Days Needed: 1
Tulip Bouquet:
Resources Needed: 100 grams of Tulips, 10 grams of string
Tools needed: Scissors
Days Needed: 1
Assorted Bouquet:
Resources Needed:25 grams of Roses, 25 grams of Daisies, 25 grams of Buttercups, 25 grams of Tulips, 10 grams of string
Tools needed: Scissors
Days Needed: 1
I made the rot rate at 500 per day with no possible repair. So, they should last about 20 days in game. 1 Cantr year.

Check out this forum when you see new messages. I always post new items I enter here. So, you may find lots of new stuff in here that you did not know was implemented. I actually have 4-5 items that will be in here within a week or so, so keep looking.
