hmm maybe check it again....especially place called Vlotryan...
More than 100 persons in main location and even more in buildings. It is called "whisper town" and now you want to make local apocalypse since two or three random persons will heard what was whispered...
I'm against this sollution because it leads to deterioration of communication in game. Most of governors, prime ministers etc will be using notes instead of whispering. That means more and more clicks...more lags... If you really want to make Cantr more realistic first try to do something with undestructable notes, infinite resources etc...
Some Polish players announce that they resign if this modification will be implemented...
I have a cunning plan...

Unless something is done to change the project "ticks" or the absurd length of time for some basic projects, I don't agree with anything that is intended to force whisperers inside. People don't just stay outside and whisper for no reason. It's because the game is not supportive of using buildings.Dudel wrote:I honestly think the percentage is TOO LOW. Should be something around 5 or 10% in my honest opinion.

No, Dudel, 1-2% is bad enough. Remember it's PER PERSON, towns with larger populations will have guaranteed overhears with 10% and 10 people, and guaranteed at 20 with 5%. As is this leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
And Seko, does this at least have a chance of the person whispering knowing they've been overheard, if not the person who heard? I STRONGLY suggest a high chance of that if you have been overheard.

I'd be less hostile towards the idea if it was a single 2% chance for a random person to overhear.

Yes. I'm still absolutely against this, though.

Really, how often does it happen that there are 10 active, honest characters in a town?
