Although, the word "spawn" might not be appropritate ingame. Suggestions for an alternative:

"You see a man in his twenties arrive at unknown location." (similar to when they travel there, but doesn't mention from where)
"You see a woman in her twenties appear at unknown location."

Others?

Urgh, why is Spawn not the correct term? That's ridiculous, almost any Cantrian knows what a newspawn is, so spawning is simply depicted from the prior word.

I should have added "IMHO" to my post, I see. ;) However, I like Chris Johnssons suggestions. As neutral as possible, and leaves room for things like people claiming they have actually lived in the village for 20 years (not noticing anything, of course ;) ) or floating ashore (with amnesia) at the nearby beach...

How about having them perform some neutral action thats not usually noted like,
"You see a woman in her twenties stand up".
Yuk yuk yuk.

Hmph, "You see a new man in his twenties" should be fine.

"You are in an unamed location where you see 20 people"

And the other 20 people just see
"You see a woman in her twenties emerge."

or:

"You see a woman in her twenties spawn."

I personally prefer 'emerge'.

No, no, no!

Has to be BRAND new man in his twenties!!

So all of your characters would be like, You see a crumbling woman in her twenties get attacked by a hawk

Woman in her twenties is now beyond repair

Spawn is hard to translate to Polish. Dictionary says that Spawn means "mnozyc sie", which means back to English "multiply". So? I think that neutral way which Chis proposed is the best.

Or you could use spawn as the english term and new as the polish one. Just a suggestion.
