Fleegleton gets up to take a closer look at the injured woman. For the moment the anxiety has left his face and keen scientific interest replaces it.
"You know, if you really wanted to know, I could do a test on that woman to find out if she's had the vampiric infusion. Uh, unfortunately the equipment is in the labs upstairs..."
(OOC: "vampiric infusion" is just his technical term for the process by which vampiric blood infuses itself in the bloodstream.)

........ I'd rather not risk it. Besids, theres no knowing if that equitment is even still there.
(OOC: I thought that was called lycopation.. or somthing. But your name for it is a lot more scientific.)

He then turns to Doctor Fleegleton
Which lab is that? If you can provide me with the location details, I'll radio it to the Major, we'll see if they can find it...

"The lab is room 2A42, it's located near the center of the facility... should be marked on the blueprints. I don't know if you'll be able to bring the equipment to her... it is awfully heavy. Though your people seem to be pretty strong. I will need the centrifuge, and the gene-sequence analyser. I'll also need a needle, but there's probably one of those in this room somewhere..."
Fleegleton rummages around through some drawers until he finds a large syringe and a test-tube.

Alpha and Bravo teams follow the Major down the corridor towards the stairway to the second floor. About halfway down the hall you all hear the sound of even more footsteps above, many more... and they sound like they're running now.
You then hear an inhuman scream and shadows seem to move down at the end of the hallway near the stairs.

For once in his life he is afraid. The footsteps were fine, he could imagine them as regular people, but the scream... He is normally able to keep cool in tough situations, but this is beyond normal. He grips his rifle harder and glances about fearfully.

*He was sitting quietly, looking at the scematics* Well, all that i see, is the ventalation shafts.... Unles we can break into the elevator shaft.. or if anyone wants to dig there way out.
*After he is done talking, he heres the sounds above and stands to his feet, gun redy, pointed at the door*

She sits down, sporadically glancing at the ceiling and around the room every few moments, jaw clenched and seemingly unable to concentrate on the paper spread out in front of her. Finally she sighs, taking one final look at the door the others left by before leaning forward and staring purposefully at the paper spread out in front of her.
"Okay, gotta focus here..."
Several minutes pass in silence, then she sighs and slumps her shoulders. "I don't really see how--"
She stops.
"Whoa, hold on here." Catching the Colonel's eye, she gestures at the map. "You see this wall here? It looks like there's a gap behind it. And another one here, and over here," she says, pointing to various places throughout the level. "They look just about big enough for a person to squeeze into, provided they were fairly small."
Lumin glances around. "Er...Obviously not everyone would be able to fit, but..." She taps the first wall she'd shown him. "This one, on the second floor...it's right above the elevator. We might not be able to do anything about those reinforced doors, but one person gets back there, they climb right down here to the elevator shaft and blast a hole in the wall right above them. That may still damage the elevator, but as long as we have access to the shaft there should be a maintenance ladder or something that goes between the levels."
She frowns at the injured woman's legs. "Though that still wouldn't solve all our problems, it'd at least be a start. Hopefully we'll be able to find something somewhere to help us move her..."

She grabs her radio hastly.
"Colonel, we haven't reached the stairs yet but I think they can smell us coming. There are many. We might need Pie's firepower. Do you still want us to proceed? Over."
Having reached the beginning of the staircase now, she leans over the railing, peering up into the darkness.
