As dawn comes and the people begin to wake up from their little homes wandering who didn't make it through this night. They look around then to the arcane symbol on the ground.......Nothing there.

Then a woman screams and the villagers look to the chapel....

Sparkle's body hanging upside down from the bell in the bell tower naked and drained of any insides as the same as Surly. But this time no head.

They villagers look a little higher to see Sparkle's head jammed into the top of the cross on the church with a look of terror in her eyes.

As the women weep at the loss of their kind minister the men turn their faces. But then a shrill scream is head and they all turn back to the head as it looks down on them.

In a deep bass sounding voice the lifeless head speaks no more the cheerful sound of Sparkle, " Kill one of us and we will now show the power of our god. You can not save yourself from your iternal damnation!"

Then the head falls silent and turns to stone before crumbling, turning to dust and then being swept away in the morning breeze

Day Three people. Surly Dead Farmer dead, and Sparkle now dead. Only ten more to go.

Dee comes out of the chapel, weeping and screaming, with her hands on her head

No.. No.. Not Sparkle!! Not the kind minister... she sobs

Trembling with anger he shouts

Who did this ungodly thing?!
Who was it?!

comes running to the town square

That voice! What was that?

looks at the people gathered and follows their gaze up the bell tower

Sweet Jesus, is that... is that Minister Sparkle?

His face turns pale and he clutches his stomach as if he's going to be sick

Now we're really in trouble

She notices RainKing is clutching to his stomach

RainKing, are you sick? I'm a doctor, I can help if you need any help!

No... no... It's just that awful sight

looks at Sparkles corpse again and then quickly looks away

Yeah.. Awful, indeed!

shakes her head This has got to stop... I know God will protect us from the evil.

This morning, rather than the normal cheerful whistling and the sound of her axe hitting wood, Mortaine is silent as she nervously enters the town square.

There's no.... She sees the Reverend's corpse swaying in the wind and turns positively green. Oooooh... this ain't good-- this ain't good at all.

*runs out hearing Mortaines fearful voice*

What's not goo- *sees the corpse and stops speaking at once. Nixit manages to raise his quivering hand to point at the corpse* That is definitely not good...

*she walks out hearing the commotion, her having a hangover from sneaking a drink before bed. she runs outside* What the hell is all the.. *she stops mid sentence as she sees what has happened. she falls to her knees, and begins to cry hysterically* This has got to stop. *she shakes her head* Of all people.. Why her.. *she puts her hands over her face and cries*

Before any more innocent people die, we need to concentrate on the task at hand.
Finding the killers.
So, we know that farmer was a witch. So, who were the people supporting him then?
They'd be likely candidates for being a witch.

*she looks up and over at Nick. she listens to his words and then her gaze shifts to Mortaine* I don't trust you, Mortaine. You have been acting suspicious from the start. You voted the same as Farmer and I believe deep down that he was an evil person, which to me makes you as guilty as he is. You may not like my reasonings but they are good enough for me...

My vote is for Mortaine

What can you expect from someone who doesn't even go to church.
Mortaine, you shall pay for your crimes against this town.

She stares at Miki and Nick, eyes wide.

I didn't do it-- I don't go to church cause I ain't allowed inside! I thought Mikki at least understood that-- I ain't a killer, and I ain't any more of a sinner than anybody else! I work hard. I'm not a smart woman, but I work hard.

The reverend-- she woulda never let you accuse me like that. She was a good woman, an honest woman-- never woulda hurt a fly. I was startin' to believe her, about Dee not bein' a witch, except... well, night fell before I got a chance to say-so.

I don't even know what you mean, Farmer being a witch-- if he was a witch, then how come the Reverend's dead? In any way, just cause I voted the same don't mean I'm a witch. It just means I'm stupid. She looks embarassed. I ain't got the education like other folks do.
