*she rolls her eyes*
Is my dinner ready yet?
*she takes a long sip of her drink, notices that her glass is now empty. she turns around opens the door, this time making sure it doesn't hit her again. she begins to walk in her house when she trips and falls right inside the door.. *
OUCH.. Stupid rug.. *she crawls the rest of the way into the house.. Moments later she walks out, her glass filled once again. she looks around at everyone*
What the hell are you all staring at me for? Not my fault the rug grabbed my foot and made me fall..
*she rolls her eyes again, then sips at her drink*

Leave me be.. *she turns and stumbles into her house. making it safely inside, moments later crashes can be heard from the window. she screams out* I'm alright.. Not that any of you care.. *her voice gets quieter* They are out there, gonna cook some damn chicken and won't give me any..

walks out of his house quietly, with a solemn look on his face
Whoever did this probably just wants to strike fear in us. I say it's best that we calm down, and try to find out the culprit, or culprits. Whoever did this will pay, mark my words.

Mortaine whistles cheerily as she comes into town pulling a wooden wheelbarrow filled with chopped logs and kindling. On the side of the cart is painted: "Fyrewood: 5 c lode"
"G'mornin', Salem!" She sets the wheelbarrow down in the shade of the courthouse-- the largest building in Salem-- and wanders towards the town commons, aiming for the water pump. She walks right over the hideous symbols in the dirt, scuffling them with her heavy booted feet, pumps some water (turning more of the symbols into reddish mud) and splashes a bit of water on her face, rinsing her hands, before looking around at the townsfolk, who are by now staring at her in astonishment and horror.
"What?" She looks around, then down at her boots, which are covered in mud. Seeing a line of some discoloration leading away from the pump, her eye follows it to the bizarre diagrams.
"Well, shoot-- that's the most freakish thing I ever seen, and I seen a seventy-foot tall man marry a three-inch tall woman!"
