I was without internet access for a few days - thus the delay, but that fits into the rules. As promised, here is the first puzzle piece!
The next blackmail period will start at 00:00 GMT on 29/07/08 and end at 00:00 GMT on 30/07/08. If no posts are made, during that time, I will add a second piece to the puzzle.

Why yes, yes it is pointless. One may also argue that the reason I forgot about it for a month is
because it's so pointless, but then we don't want to look too deeply into it, do we?

What kind of form is the "answer" supposed to take? A word? A number? A name?
Maybe if we know what we're looking for, we can figure out how to find it...
