And I'm in, although I also don't know anything about them except for what I've heard. So yeh, I do agree with JM, they are evil. Good for cantr though

I see corruption as a power group who's people inside it don't do what they claim to do, or ever claimed.Which means, lie for their own profit. The killing and making other people respect them, not by their own will is just bad acts. Completly normal for a strong group. Evil but not corrupt, in my view.

Well, they're not evil. Many people demand respect, even in real life. I'm sure you don't go around saying make fun of me and they only make it a law to do what you're supposed to do anyway. And they don't just go off and kill anybody they feel like killing. Many of our characters have a personal hatred to many important figures and we could easily just kill the person but we haven't. xD And the ones we do kill are our enemies that tried to kill -us-, thieves, slavers, and pirates.

That's not corrupt. xD That's what every single nation in the past did in real life. And by honor, it means respect them which everybody demands anyway. Plus the MacGregors didn't just go killing anybody that disrespects them. We've given people chances to redeem themselves, and the only reason your guy was killed was cause he tried to start a war. xD

This isn't real life, and since when is real life considered good? There's plenty of corruption in real life. About Josh, everything concerning him really was over exaggerated...I've led and lead towns without the corruption that work fine. Josh realized Snape's potential and knew that nothing could pay back the killing of him, which I still think was done for a really unsmart reason. -.- And he didn't want the same to happen to anyone else. In his note he wrote that Elizabeth should kill him herself so that there isn't any confusion on whether he should be killed, like there was with Snape, yet Nick killed him. He proved Josh's point. Its the people that really value their own life who are the most important to Cantr society, valuing others lives allows those people to stay alive.

Are you sure you guys aren't breaking the CR? This looks like you're having an OOC discussion about an IC event. Reffering to your chars as "me" is also kind of odd.
Edit: Just because we don't say we do doesn't mean we don't want you to. I'd prefer to get this game started rather than wait for someone.

Well that would all depend on if the event happened within 4 days..

It happened a couple years back, Snape's part in it anyways.

It ended with Josh's death, day 2217.
Oh yeah, and another thing: respect your elders. Josh was in his seventies.
