Picture Fighting Game?

It looks like a fun idea but I'd rather hear first if someone else is interested before trying to start anything.
The rules and purpose are in the first post but I shall repeat them here.
The purpose is to create your own character and fight the characters other people have created - in pictures. It's more about being funny than trying to win, thus you shouldn't take it too seriously.

We should acknowledge that not everyone is a master artist so no flaming! If you don't like someone's character then you can respond to their attack
You can host your pictures where ever you want.
The max size for pictures is 575 x 300, preferably smaller.
