The format is simple: a question is asked, one that has a definite, factual answer, and the first person to answer correctly asks the next question.
I'll start:
Q: What is does the acronym USB stand for? (computing)

A: Universal Serial Bus
(Ha, I made a presentation on this at school. Besides, it's also found in Wikipedia.)
Here's one of my favorite quiz questions:
Q: Who was the first woman in space? (history)

I don't know this.
(remember this isn't just a race to look something up on google or wikipedia)

Valendia!
i need to be sure before asking the next question...She was russian right?

Yeah, she's Russian. But it needs to say both first name and last name (what you said is pretty close to the first name but not quite).

Have you been reading my bookmarks? Since I have the article of Vitamin C in there. Although I can't quite remember what it said there. Weren't the first entries something odd? How could anyone know this? I'm guessing acerola-cherry.

carrot, and...?

Sea-buckthorn has a pretty high content, but I don't know if it's the highest one.
Carrot don't have that much vitamin C if I remember right, they're more famous for vitamin A.

I would say pine (yes the tree) and orange.
I did look it up and neither are the highest. Pine however, is quite high, around 215 mg per 100 grams.

I remember tomatoes as having a lot of vitamin C. More so than oranges if I remember right. Those and rose hips.

My choice would have been rose hips also...which is the third highest natural source. Hint: I had never heard of these fruits.
