The OOC thread is more active than the game proper, and that is a sad reflection on the way this game has petered out.
First, there is a lot going on, but much of it is behind closed doors. Second, there is almost NO wasted role-playing. Everything either raises supicions or puts them to rest.
Also, the OOC thread is not more active. There are 45 pages of OOC comments total. There are 55 total pages of in-game discussion, not counting PMs, total.
I'll repeat what I said. If the pace of the game bothers you, start a new one. I'm sure you will be able to find players. All I know is that, all of a sudden a bunch of people who are no longer in the game are complaining because the game is going too slowly. Um. Too bad? Some people can only interact with each other once or twice a day.

I never said there was wasted RP. And I said that I feel that the fact that so much is going on in PMs is contributing to the slowness of the game. By saying almost everything privately, the community as a whole has nothing to go on when lynching. Or at least that is how it appears.

That was reference to this 'day' specifically. I enjoyed the first day, and the RP is entertaining and stuff happened. Since day 3 began, more has been said in ooc than in the game proper. So my comment is correct...

And right there is what is wrong. Because of the way this game is going, and the lack of deadlines from TSL, it seems to be the perception that only the alive characters matter. Well, no matter what you say, any dead character is still part of the game... and this ridiculously slow game is upsetting those players for no reason. If, all of a sudden, dead players start complaining... doesn't that tell you something is wrong? It never happened as much with the other games.
This seems to have gotten very personal... which was never my intent. My apologies for that, but I stand by my argument.

TSL. When you read this, set shorter deadlines. Give us a hard cap for this day's end. I'm alive and I agree that this is taking a little long.
Although Surly, you say you like the first day, but the first day took a long time to finish. There was more talk there because each and everyone of us had to introduce our roles. Now six people have died in total, all public roles are more or less understood, and the necessity for intrigue is higher at this point in the game. I have little doubt that there's some PMing going on that is extremely interesting, and enjoyable for the people who are still in the game.

I said I enjoyed the first day because, although I am sure there were plenty of PMs, things were actually said in the main square. Now, it no longer seems to be the case. The first day should always be the longest, but that may not be the case this time...
Anyway, it's picked up again now. So all my moaning accomplished its aim...
