I voted. I've just been really sick later, not much energy to really roleplay. I'm getting better though.

((If we vote privately I'm afraid this will be a very short and silent game but if Swymir does so then fine, let's speed things up and email farmer to get this over with.))

So silence has spoken...

This game needs aboot up the backside - sorry I haven't been around to give it one...

All votes need to be public - that's how the game works...

My connection is really dodgy, so I haven't been able to read all of the posts fully - but it seems that not many people have made up their minds...

I'm going to put a limit on this - I need everyone to post their decision in bold - so I can scan and count the totals. I will do this over the xmas weekend - as that will probably be the next time I get to log in - if you haven't posted your vote here - tough... sorry...

keep up the dialogue - it's good - and a refreshing change from the usual 'I choose...' and that's all posts... but try to move it along - this is meant to be a quick game - irrationality in choices is expected :)

as a summary - nightime falls at some point over the weekend - get decisions in by then...
Whoever you vote for.

"My silence has not been in ignorance, choriste. I am just not so quick to jump to a conclusion about who to hang. We can't just make blank accusations. What if we were to make a mistake? That would leave us no better then the wearwolves, but you choriste you seem to like accusing people leaving everyone thinking about everyone except yourself. You are already part monster. How much time could it take for you to turn 100% killing machine. You say you are peaceful, but you have condemned more to death than anyone else here. If it were up to me I'd have you hanged whether you are the wearwolf or not."

Of course you wouldn't, Rev! They're just trying to find a victim that cannot fight back. But now that everybody is finally awake, maybe we can make a just descision on this.
So Garolou, why are you so silent all of a sudden? You were so eager to defend yourself earlier when there wasn't even a big threat, the sun was high... and now that the dusk is falling you suddenly have turned distant. Would it be the wolf gaining over you? ...Maybe it's best he does not speak and enchant us with his words. All day long he has been distracting us with dazing babble, blaming half the people here with vague evidence, as if it didn't matter to him which one of us will die.

Garolou my vote is on you. If you're not a werewolf then like you said yourself, you're their main target as a talkative villager, so you should just thank us for giving you an easy death instead being ripped apart.

OK, if I understand correctly, you now all want to do me in for the following reasons :
1) I am ugly.
2) I talk too much.
but...the best of all, as supplied by Seko
3) the werewolves will kill me anyways, so why forego the pleasure of doing it yourselves ?
As far as making accusations, I made a few, yes, but only to see what the accused had to say for themselves, in order to suss them out. In some other cases, I even apologized for having made them. I was just trying to find out who the werewolf was. As I go to the gallows, I would like you all to bear this in mind, that this was my only crime. If I cannot save my life, perhaps I can still save my honour.

Swymir and Seko both now want to execute me, whether I am or not a werewolf now does not even matter to them anymore. I do not know why you all hate me so much, but, at this point, quite frankly, I do not care anymore. Faced with such constant hostility and irrationality, I would gladly go live elsewhere, if I could. But there is nowhere else to live. I know I do not want to live here with you anymore, amidst so much ignorance, prejudice and hate. I shall now go to a better place. Execute me humanely, or, I shall have to take my own life. In the final analysis, I hope my unwarranted death will at least serve the purpose of waking up your collective intelligence, if you have any. By killing me, you are all shooting yourselves in the foot. Hopefully, by killing me, you will also prevent any further innocent deaths. Yes, Revanael, you have made a big mistake indeed, if you are human, but it does not matter anymore.

Come and get me now, for I have grown weary of your accusations, lies and hostility. Do not draw this out needlessly. Farewell to all. I shall not be bothering you anymore.

*Her face an emotionless mask as she refuses to turn her eyes away from the frog.* Don't worry Mr Garolou, we'll make sure you'll die fast. You'll get the easy way out - I hope you deserve it.

...Let's get this over with, it's getting dusky.

There was much discussion among the villagers. All were frightened, suspicious of one another. Discussion lasted for a long time. Who was the werewolf? Many tried to find in-depth, intelligent answers to this question. But in the end, it mostly boiled down to 'It was you' and 'No it wasn't. It was you'...

Finally, the villagers picked up their pitchforks and torches and for no apparent reason other than an irrational fear of frogs, they started to hunt down garolou. Who was promptly strung up by his neck from an oak tree at the edge of the woods...

The villagers, tired with the day's exploits, went back to their homes to sleep...

Night fell...
