MushBall was much to tired to feel sorry for anyone else. He was becoming very lightheaded, and the suggestion of going back to the forest and seeking the aid of the Life Goddess seemed to him a wonderful.
And so, wearily, he climbed onto Felinibis's back, bleeding onto his fur, and slumped forward, falling into a deep sleep.

Andrik turned it's focus at Ilosep as he addressed him and spoke to him. It once again made it's usual way of standing; tall, unmoving, as if it's constantly using it's sense to make aware of the environment. It only make out of it's iron helm a nod as it watched Ilosep creep further into the room, and went down on one knee to look further into what may interest it the most in this room; the body of the turtle that lay on it's spiked shell, the heads showing agony from the wounds in which the blood seemed to dry off. It then stood back and turned to Ithicus, it's sight looking through the slit and examining every part of the humanoid.

*he trys to pick up the body of Vex/Xev, but fails miserably, not wanting to just drag the body on the ground, he looks about, hoping to find somthing with weels.*

(For AoM and Razorlance)
They reached the base of the mountain without incident. The path before them seemed quite narrow and rather steep in some places as it weaved its way up the side of the mountain. The echo of trickling water could be heard but its source could not be seen.
(For Schme and Nixit)
The trip back through the Forest was not nearly as energetic as it had been the first time. Felinibis trudged at an average pace through the trees, panting as he went. Finally, they reached Bassus' clearing. Felinibis crashed without grace onto his belly. Bassus held MushBall up as he dismounted.
"Someone help me, he has been injured!" Bassus exclaimed. Yanisha rushed over, a concerned look on her face.
"Oh, Mushy!" she lamented, grabbing his legs and helping Bassus lay him down on the soft earth. Yanisha gathered up some leaves and made a makeshift bandage to help stop the bleeding. Bassus bowed his head and closed his eyes, as if in deep meditation.
(Pie and Leo, I'll get to you soon... I just have to think up a power for Andrik.)

MushBall was not feeling well at all. His mind was clouded with vague and unfinished thoughts that made no sense at all, and he felt at once terribly hot and uncomfortably cold. He could also not help slipping in and out of consciousness. He would have vomited if he could have.
However, he did not particularly mind any of this. He could only hope that he was to be taken care of. At present, all he wanted to do was rest.
And so, he lay on the grass, reposing happily.

Ilosep re-emerged from the dark room and hobbled over to Andrik. "I see our friend is having some trouble there. When I'm done assigning your fate, you should help him out. You look big and strong..."
Ilosep took his spot behind the podium and rearranged the parchments. He puffed on the bone whistle and the ghost audience appeared. They paid no attention to either Ithicus or the Vex/Xev's body, even though the nearest one was inches from them.
Ilosep went through the usual motions. "Andrik, child of the Muck, your fate has been decided. From this day forth you will have the power of the Eye of Brunos. You shall be able to see through the eyes of any other creature of the Muck during the day. May you use this power in the service of the Gods! That is all."
The ghosts disappeared and Ilosep descended. "Well then, I guess there's no point in me asking you if you have any questions! Remember, you can use this gift during the day on any creature of the Muck, whether you have met them or not. Hmm, I guess your little speech problem there is going to prevent you from reporting on the other creatures. Oh well, at least you'll know who you can trust. Still, I wish you could talk, then you could tell me what that awful Beelzebub is up to. Nothing good, I presume."
Ilosep took a seat at the steps to the podium. "Now how 'bout you help out poor Ithicus?"

Ao pauses to look up as Tek easily climbs upwards, avoiding the steep and narrow path ahead. That must be fun, Ao thought. It was a shame he had not been blessed with such great climbing ability. But we are what we are, he supposed.
Ao plodded steadily ahead along the path. Even though it was perhaps a bit perilous, Ao felt extremely comfortable, believing strongly that the blessed rock of Mt. Lomba would not betray a servant of Eriadina like himself.

(Global statement)
The moon had now descended close to the horizon, and the sky brightened with the pre-dawn twilight. The clouds had dispersed, though the odd straggler drifted across the sky.
(For Schme and Nixit)
A dragonfly twittered down into the clearing and came to rest on a nearby stump. It suddenly began to emit a halo of ethereal light about itself. In the twilight it seemed all the more radiant.
"Blessed child..." a soft voice echoed in the minds of those nearby. "Look upon me, MushBall, and I shall sooth your pain." It seemed clear that the source of the voice was the glowing dragonfly.
Bassus bowed down before the stump. "Blessed Mother, it is so good to see you again. Forgive me, for I let one of your creatures succumb to Dramnos."
(For AoM and Razorlance)
As they climbed the path, the mountain curved inwards. As the trio rounded the bend, they could see a narrow waterfall coursing down the side of the mountain. Up ahead, a small bridge of rope and planks stretched over a chasm, passing in front of the waterfall. There was no alternative but to cross the bridge.

Andrik seemed to pause at the thought of the Eye of Brunos, and again nodded at Ilosep's god-like and human words and began to easily but carefully pick up the body of the fallen creature and loudly went it's way outside, turning it's head back at Ithicus briefly before continuing it's way. It stopped as something caught it's vision; the day seemed to be very young. And from that Andrik laid the turtle on it's spiked back and used one hand to set up the two heads so that they can both face the stiffened face of the construct. Hard to tell, but one can realize that Andrik seemed to attempt it's fate, and, if one did know, for the very first time.
