The stuff I put in the parentheses was to exclude the waster. No one has gotten it right yet.

Yeah, I was annoyed to notice that it takes a wooden hilt because the region where I made the blade doesn't have wood nearby. And I wasn't saying English would necessarily be id 0, just saying it could've been since programming people tend to start counting from 0 instead of 1. I didn't come to think that your own language is not a foreign language. But what if you were a native speaker of a language that is not available in Cantr? Then your character would be speaking a foreign language too. But then again, it wouldn't be a foreign language to the character, only to the player. What was the question again?

The question was how many foreign languages a character can encounter, not a player :)

Does a dirk really need a wooden hilt? I somehow remember that it needs a bone hilt. Or am I just imagining that?

But that was not the question, eh? How regrettable. :)

So let's start guessing again.

The broadsword?

No. Apparently this was not as easy of a question as I thought since you have gone through almost half of the swords. To help you guys out, I have provided a list of the swords that have not been guessed yet:

Bastard Sword
Rapier
Sabre
Scimitar
Short Sword
Spatha

Well. I must say I'm an idiot, considering I have a Word document on my desktop, that -I- made, saying how to make a Spatha...

YES! The beloved Spatha! The "medium wooden hilt" that contains no metal at all. What I find strange though, is not only is there no small or large wooden hilts, but there is no bronze equivalent of the steel spatha. (So why does it have to specify that it is made of steel?)

I don't know. But, my question, since we are speaking of wooden hilts and such, what does it take to make a medium wood hilt?
